Vineet co-founded and built a digital marketing agency at a point in time when the category did not exist and ‘Digital’ was far from being the ubiquitous word it has become today. The agency he helped create – 22 feet – became a pioneer in the business, and was acquired by the Omnicom Group. In turn, Vineet went on to become the CEO of the DDB Mudra group. More importantly, Vineet also realised his true calling – to help build brands for a new age and a new world. Making brands tick in the dynamic, digital world of today makes Vineet tick and that’s what he is doing at Spring.

He also loves the fact that he is now doing the same for the brands of tomorrow. Vineet loves the change, the flux and the new learnings that are forced on him thanks to this choice he has made. He would like to be known as someone who never stopped learning. He is one of the few people who enrols for online learning courses and actually completes those courses. Vineet is working with a diverse set of businesses, helping them connect with the consumer of today, aiding brands to navigate the ever-changing digital environment in which they find themselves. Royal Enfield, Nike, Levi’s, Puma, Tanishq, Fastrack, Spotify, Kingfisher and Netflix are some of the brands that he has partnered with in his earlier roles. Vineet is also a great people’s person.
